Project Manager (offline)

We are fast growing venture with multiple products we do own and grow, in a need of project manager to help on 1-2 of our ongoing projects.

Our projects: darkcountry.io , collect.social, and some others upcoming

Work activities
Developing project plans, goals, and budgets; identifying resources needed
Developing schedules and methods for measuring results
Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project
Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities
Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.

Skills, Abilities, Knowledge:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management
Proven track record of overseeing a portfolio of multiple projects
Positive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment
Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds
Proactively drives impact and engagement while bringing others along
Ability to lead others without direct authority
Expertise in JIRA, Confluence and other technical PM tools.
PMP or PMI Agile certified practitioner a plus.
Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
Expertise in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
