Trainee Business Analyst (IT company) (offline)

🧐 Requirements:
>> Knowledge of system analysis, business process analysis
>> Basic knowledge of business analysis techniques, requirements gathering, and solutions assessment
>> Ability to create clear requirements documentation (English writing, diagrams, basic BPMN)
>> Understanding and ability to identify the customer need
>> Upper-intermediate English (written and verbal)
>> Strong attention to detail, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product
>> Good interpersonal, and communication skills

☝ Responsibilities:
✔ Collect, define and translate business objectives and distribute to a team
✔ Create detailed and understandable requirements, tasks, support functionality till production
✔ Interact with a team, organize product development, deliver product vision and functionality to the team
✔ Backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories

💪 Will be a plus:
• Experience with some databases, relevant non-commercial experience
• Relevant courses or education
