Challenges & responsibilities

● accountability for the customer success in the practice department
● projects ownership, coordinating work of the project teams
● being responsible for customer success in projects that require SOTA AI/ML approaches
● collection and implementation of best practices for data and experiment management, distributed models training, etc
● leadership for cloud-network of ML consultants from all over the world, accumulation, and structuring of the knowledge and best practices from the unique projects

Skills

● client relationship management and negotiations
● presentation, storytelling, and documentation development
● hands-on machine learning engineering and data science
● hands-on mathematical modeling / mathematical problem formulation
● project engagement and management
● AI product management
● advanced English

Knowledge

● machine-learning in-depth understanding (statistical machine learning, mathematical foundations, ties to the neighboring fields)
● machine-learning in-width understanding (at least 2 from):
- computer vision
- natural language processing
- voice and speech processing
- time-series analysis and digital signal processing
- recommender systems
- tabular data analysis
● machine-learning in-time understanding (following latest conferences, publications, open-source solutions, and datasets)
● machine-learning product embedding understanding
● DS/ML project management methodologies

Experience

● MSc or Ph.D. degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or related fields
● delivery of solutions based on complex state-of-the-art white papers (5+ years)
● consulting experience (2+ years)
● leading teams more than 15 people (2+ years)
● Kaggle winning in related competitions is a plus
● publications and public speeches track record (preferred)
● pre-sales/sales and 2+ personally closed deals (preferred)
