Junior/Intermediate Talent Acquisition Specialist (offline)

First, you will launch educational programs for specialists who are interested in shifting their career paths (to engineering, test, and other fields).
The second initiative — you'll help us form the Soft skill recruiting unit working with soft skill positions. This will let you gain deep understanding of the soft skills assessment and provide a high level recruiting service to our stakeholders.
Last but not least, you'll help the company grow and develop forming a warm pool of candidates — implies building long-term relationships with external candidates by offering them to pass the interview and Career Planning procedure even if we don't have open positions for them at the moment.

Qualifications and experience:

• 1+ years' relevant experience in the IT recruiting
• Ability to lead the full cycle recruitment process
• Understanding of software development company functions, solid understanding of technical terminology
• Knowledge of various recruiting tools
• Wide networking and good understanding of the local IT community
• Intermediate English

Nice to have:

• Experience with the Google suite of products and MS Office tools
• Experience with recruitment process automation tools and applicant tracking systems

Key responsibilities:

• Work with positions of different levels (from Associate to Senior) and various technologies
(JavaScript, PHP, Python, DevOps, QA Automation, etc.)
• Use traditional and experimental methods to find the best candidates
• Closely collaborate with other teams to identify job requirements and develop effective position profiles
• Develop dynamic relationships with hiring managers and candidates to find the best talent
• Manage candidate interviews and test tasks, maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system
• Closely collaborate with a Сareer Development Department and work with a soft skills positions
• Report on and gather statistics on the recruitment process and improve it
