We’re looking for a passionate and ready-to-learn Information Security Manager to improve and develop our security systems.
You will work and communicate with our Information Security Coordinator to maintain our Information Security Management System and reduce our information security risks. Your primary goal will be to proactively protect our business from external threats, being an owner of security frameworks and principles.
Responsibilities:
— Execute the functions in the Information Security Management System;
— Develop and enhance an information security management framework to ensure business sustainability;
— Participate in the development of Privacy Management System as a part of the Information Security Management System;
— Develop and maintain information security policies, procedures, and other documents;
— Understand and interact with related disciplines to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across projects and services;
— Execute information security policy education, training, and awareness programs;
— Consult with business owners regarding their information security risks and responsibility in minimizing those risks;
— Work directly with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes.
What we’re looking for:
— 6+ months of experience in information security
— Knowledge of information security, management and/or system administration
— IT Management framework (i.e. ISO 27001) experience preferred.
— Good level of English (both spoken and written)
— You love borsch!
Bonus:
— Making yourself understood, and communicating both your point and the reasoning behind it. Swedes like what they call the “red thread” — or logical progression of thoughts. Extra points if you can do it succinctly.
— Knowledge of IT management frameworks (ISO 27000 series, COBIT, etc.)
— Experience and knowledge of GDPR
— Naming five or more dishes that include beetroot, besides borsch.
