Middle/Senior Automation Test Engineer (JS) (offline)

WE BUILD
You will join a project with a mission to enable customers to make confident business decisions. The project gives the possibility to provide insights and actionable recommendations by combining data, market research heritage, and technical prowess in data analytics and machine learning. The project applies modern technology and proven practices to solving problems around big data storage, big data processing, machine learning, and complex data analysis and visualization.

BEING PART OF THE TEAM
- You will be implementing new features which are usually new insights, predictions, prescriptive advice, and new ways of visualizing data for the upcoming flagship analytics product seeking to enable clients to be able to make confident business decisions by answering their key business questions.
- You will be taking accountability for quality and ownership for solving problems end to end no matter what part of the stack the work takes you.
- You will rarely be working alone in solitude and will be pair-programming with your teammates to bring together your skills and knowledge to rapidly build high-quality software.
- You will be the key person in your team to define what good looks like from a quality perspective.

POWER YOU BRING
- A solid understanding of object-oriented programming;
- Knowledge of the REACT ecosystem, would be a great plus;
- Experience with React Test library and/or Cypress, would be a plus.
- Understand BDD, ability to work with product managers and developers to clarify business rules and capture these for automated verification;
- The ability to define and implement test strategies for the product
- The ability to design, implementation and delivery scalable, maintainable, configurable, portable, and robust test automation frameworks;
- The ability to participate in architectural and design discussions and drive the non-functional test requirements for the product;
- The ability to define and implement test data management for the product;
- Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, etc;
- Experience testing a variety of web services, APIs, web applications, and data;
- Knowledge of version control with GIT and a good understanding of branching and merging;
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
