Junior Node.js Developer (offline)

Our client is a financial tech startup that is making the process of splitting payments easier. They are building a mobile application which lets users create debit cards that are attached to a group of users. These users can use the card to split payments with the rest of the group. They are currently building the MVP and trying to find product market fit.

As a junior developer, you will be reporting directly to the CTO and assist in development and design of the company’s software.

Requirements:
Experience with Node.js framework
Experience in back-end development
Some experience with AWS including DynamoDB, Lambda & API Gateways
Experience with Git
Experience with endpoint security, a plus
Experience with Agile Development, a plus
Upper-intermediate English level

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other engineers in building applications
Design and implement software following user stories and tasks
Attend daily standup meetings
Discuss and write specifications for tasks
Assist system lead with system design
Conduct code reviews as requested
