System Administrator (Cloud Systems) (offline)
Install and monitor the proper functioning of anti-virus programs, as well as update them in a timely manner
Support all company software (help employees with Linux Ubuntu, macOS, Windows)
Set up and provide access to cloud software such as Google Workspace, Jira, Zoho People, Slack, ClickUp, Github, JetBrains, AWS, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, and more
Seek and offer programs and services to meet the needs of employees, and optimize workflows, if needed
Keep records and register company software
Ensure protection of information (confidential data), distribution of access rights, and security control of user accounts
Participate in onboarding (providing access to the company's programs and systems) and offboarding (closing access to all systems) of employees
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a system administrator, network administrator, or a similar position in an IT company
Ability to work with major operating systems and provide technical support
Analytical mindset
Ability to work and make decisions independently
Advanced task prioritization skills
High level of responsibility and ability to solve problems quickly
