Junior .Net Developer (offline) $2000-2400

Project Stack:
C#, .NET, Azure Cloud

Support and bug-fixing task in 24/7 mode for client based in USA

Team consists of 7 members: 1 Team Lead and 6 Developers

Work is organised in shifts (Minsk time):
1. from 4-5 AM – 8 work hours
2. from 11AM work hours
3. from 8-9PM work hours

– Shifts are scheduled by management 1-2 months in advance (not chosen by a developer himself)
– Total volume – 7 shifts per two weeks, 2 free days after night shift.
– Replacement is available upon the worker’s request.
– Schedule for the first working month will be prepared approximately in the period 10/25/2021-11/5/2021.
– The total amount of monthly working hours (less than 160-176 hrs) should be taken into consideration for rate submission. Our calculations indicate about 27 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

● Participate in backend development
● Work both independently and in close collaboration with the team
● Perform code review to ensure best practices are followed
● Upgrade, configure, and debug existing systems

Requirements:

● 1+ years of experience developing .NET applications
● Experience with C#
● Excellent organizational skills including the capacity to self-manage, structure work, set priorities, and work to deadlines
● Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
● Pragmatic approach to balancing process against flexibility in achieving objectives
