AEM Developer (offline)

Required skills
* 2+ years experience in AEM technology stack
* Hands-on experience in modern approaches to build AEM site (editable templates, experience fragments, WCM Core components, custom Touch UI components, etc.)
* Java core
* Upper-intermediate English
* Communication — highly important (there will be a lot of discussions with different teammates)
* Self-organization
* Ability to bring and describe own ideas is a plus

Responsibilities
* Participation in internal discussions of new ideas related to AEM changes
* AEM development (back-end and AEM components)
* Collaboration with front-end development team to integrate back-end pieces into UI framework
* Develop projects according to specifications and meeting quality, budget, and schedule expectations
* Participation in setup of AEM expertise in the company and help to define AEM development standards
* Participation on demand in meetings with customer
