DevOps engineer (offline) $4000-6000

MindK is an IT company that develops sophisticated web and mobile applications for customers from around the world.

Currently, we are looking for a middle DevOps engineer to join our team on a full-time basis.

Must-have skills:
Work experience in IT for at least 3+ years.
Understanding of Linux server configuration principles for web projects.
Knowledge of Debian/Ubuntu server operating systems.
Understanding how to build Linux network policies with iptables and ufw.
Configuration experience of the LAMP stack services like: nginx, php-fpm, apache, apache modules, php, node-js, relational databases, etc.
Knowledge of at least one scripting language for automatization, preferable: sh, bash, or python.
Strong knowledge of the Git version control system.
Experience with data backup solutions and automatization ways of it.
Experience in deploying and configuration of Postgresql, Mongodb, and MySQL databases.
Knowledge of one of the configuration management systems like ansible, chief, puppet.
Experience in creating infrastructure as a code on terraform.
Knowledge of the Docker and Terraform.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm-charts.
Experience with cloud providers like Amazon Web Services, DigitalOcean, Azure, GCP.
An irresistible desire to learn and optimize system configuration.
Programming experience.

Additional skills:

Fine tuning experience: Apache, PHP, MySQL, PHP-FPM, Mongodb, Postgresql.
Experience of supporting high-load servers.
Monitoring systems like: Cacti, Nagios, Grafana, ELK.

Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the company's and client servers.
Deploying web projects to the test and production servers.
Configuring software builds and autotests (Continuous Integration).
Interacting with developers to optimize software configuration.
Implementing and managing the monitoring and backup systems.
Administrating the company's local network.
