Head of Observability Product (offline)

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Head of Observability Product. Problem solving is a way of life for us, and we use creative thinking and teamwork to overcome any challenge thrown our way.

Responsibilities

- Drive CapsianDB’s product strategy roadmap in observability.
- Own all domains of the product - from description of the idea up to design, market research, ongoing feedback, product definition, supervising the dev cycle, launching the product, and analyzing data.
- Work closely with the engineering team, cross-functional teams and provide data-driven culture producing high-quality solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

- You Must Have
- 5-year experience of product management experience
- Strong experience in development and executing on product strategy
- Understanding of customer empathy and product design.
- Experience in AI, ML, BI & Analytics
- Ability to work in a high-paced and dynamic startup culture
- An initiative-taking approach
