Lead UI/UX Designer (offline)

Requirements:
- Experience from 4 years in design
- Excellent knowledge of Figma
- Portfolio with solutions of complex problems by the interface design
- Experience with design systems
- English level — Intermediate or higher
- Ability to present yourself and your work to the customer
- The desire to do projects well and efficiently
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Wireframing and design on Figma is a must
- Understanding design implementation of web development workflow.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and support customer’s design system
- Knowledge of accessibility principles
- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Develop wireframes and designs
- Develop responsive web designs
- Develop mobile app designs
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and Art Director
- Deliver design concepts with fast timelines
- Flexibility to switch between projects and understanding of new priorities is a must

Soft skills:
- An educated person with an inquiring mind
- Responsible and keeps everything under control
- Likes to understand the little things
- Analyzes people’s behavior and builds solutions on this
- Knows how to clearly state his thoughts and convey his point of view
