Qualifications and experience:

- 2+ years of relevant experience as IT recruiter
- Intermediate English
- Understanding of software development company functions
- Experience with discussing requirements professionally with hiring teams and potential candidates
- Ability to drive the full cycle recruitment process
- Excellent communication, negotiation and business correspondence skills
- Strategizing different ways to build talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns

Nice to have:

- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Experience with the Google suite of products and MS Office tools

Key responsibilities:

- Manage 3-5 recruitment vacancies simultaneously as full-cycle process
- Manage recruiting researcher
- Conduct the interviews, handling and scheduling
- Maintain data integrity within the ATS
- Develop dynamic relationships with business leaders, hire managers and candidates in order to find the best talent
- Improve recruitment processes
- Represent Dev.Pro at various conferences and other external events
- Promote corporate vision and culture and encourage the overall morale of all our contractors
