Customer Support Specialist (English) (offline) $500-1500

Ideally you will be experiencing support another software company, (ideally a a startup), if you haven't then only apply if you are going to super awesome working in this space.

As a startup it's super important for us that:
- You have excellent written and spoken English.
- You are confident enough to provide technical support (training provided) and happy to find the answer when one isn't obvious.
- You are fun to work with.
- You REALLY care and are as dedicated as much of the rest of the team.

Our company provided software products to class-based companies. Such as Swim, Dance, Gymnastics and Tennis schools.

On a daily basis your main task will include:
- Dealing with email queries (English)
- Dealing with live chat queries (English)
- Dealing with phone queries (English)
- Live product demos (1-2-1 walkthrough via web meetings)
- Help with international marketing communication
