Business Analyst (offline)

Magecom invites a talented Business Analyst to join a skilled team of eCommerce experts and together create the best solutions for eCommerce working with international customers and using a modern tech stack.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT;
Experience in Pre-sales activities and Discovery stages;
Experience in writing requirements specifications;
Practical experience in applying of key BA technics (use cases, user stories, root cause analysis, prototyping, prioritization, functional decomposition, items tracking etc.);
At least Upper-intermediate of English (both written and verbal);
Excellent soft skills (communication, presentation, negotiation, conflict resolution, etc.).

Responsibilities:
Participate in pre-sales activities and project estimations;
Collaborate proactively with customers and stakeholders to define customers' needs and understand the problem customers want to solve;
Negotiating technical requirements between project stakeholders;
Creation of Project documentation — requirements and specifications, diagrams, prototypes
Propose recommendations based on industry best practices.

Would be a plus:
Experience working in the eCommerce domain.
