Responsibilities:
- Manage a group of projects related and related product implementations;
- Provide collaboration atmosphere to decrease possible attrition and rotation request;
- Minimize Bus factor improving processes;
- Assist in presales and negotiation activities;
- Motivate team members to meet project goals, adhering to their
responsibilities and project milestones;
- Be responsible for successful program delivery;
- Provide leadership for the project team;
- Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
- Identify appropriate resources to achieve project objectives within
planned timeframes;
- Monitor staff performance;
- Evaluate and mitigate project risks and issues;
- Understand and address customer goals;
- Manage communications with the customer;
- Establish practices, templates, policies, and tools required for the project
success.

Qualifications and Skills

Personal skills:
- Teamwork β€” knowing how to listen, share, cooperate and learn together as a team;
- Positive attitude β€” important for difficult times incurred throughout the process;
- Ability to articulate expectations β€” define deliverables and expectations to the team and management;
- Manage by example β€” TPMs must be straightforward and knowledgeable in all dealings;
- Be direct, do not overpromise, and underdeliver;
- English Advanced.

Management skills:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience;
- Ability to negotiate with customers, upsell team needs;
- Manage complex cross-functional teams deliverables;
- Proven ability to deliver in a changing environment;
- Experience building and maintaining the Scrum process, strong Agile expertise;
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resold mention skills with an ability to motivate teams and deliver results;
- Ability to grow, scale, and sustain high performing groups and leaders;
- Excellent presentation skills.
