IT recruiter (offline)

Requirements

2+ years experience of successful closing vacancy in IT sphere;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills,high level of empathy;
Strong knowledge of different interview techniques (main focus on identifying soft skills);
Be professional in different sourcing and recruiting tools (not just LinkedIn);
Focused on the result, having real passion to close complex positions;
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems;
Upper Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

Lead full cycle of the recruitment process (IT/Digital Marketing/Data Analytics Vacancy);
Source talents with preferred sourcing methods and tools;
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles;
Create complete and detailed job descriptions according to job responsibilities and business requirements;
Built strong and effective relationships with hiring managers;
Coordinate testing when necessary for candidates, writing feedbacks, discussing candidates with decision-makers;
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process;
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Will be a plus
Technical background, deep understanding of different technologies.
Understanding of IT market trends.
