Full Stack Developer (React, React Native, Python) (offline)

Experience / Skills required:



Must have:



3+ years of relevant work experience as a frontend developer, backend developer or full stack developer

Proficient with React Native and/or React

Knowledge of Django (required) and experience with Django Rest Framework (optional)

An incredibly high bar for velocity of shipping and the quality of the work

Ability to build software that is explicit and intuitive

To be pragmatic in knowing when to refactor and when to ship

To be an enthusiastic team player with good communication skills

Upper-Intermediate English and better

Responsibilities:



Help architect and contribute to the ongoing development of the backend, ensuring that the system can scale

Support software builds and infrastructure; learn to manage and keep our systems up and running, helping out with deployment, monitoring and logging

Helping to develop design specifications as a pre-requisite to writing cod

Work closely with product, growth and tech teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple platforms

Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating reusable components with a focus on maintainability of code

Collaborate with people across the business to come up with ways to automate and scale internal operations
