HR Director (offline)

What you need:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, Operational Management
- 3+ years in supervising teams larger than 5 employees
- have wide experience of a business plans creation, handling budgets, software implementation, and monitoring performance using related metrics
- flexibility in order to improve and adapt to the needs and demands of the organization
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills that ensure successful human resources management
- great interpersonal skills to effectively manage, interact, negotiate, and communicate
- be caring about people and act as a mentor for your team


You will:
- be responsible for Human Capital success supervising HR, Brand & Communications, Talent Management teams
- be responsible for maintaining a highly engaging culture, fostering an environment with high levels of teamwork, humanity, accountability, open-mindedness and vision to employees
- help company to continue new locations expansion and involvement of remote contractors
- help company to be in line with digital trends
- effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals
- oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave
- disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
- facilitate professional development, training, and retention activities for your teams monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
