You will actively listen to the questions and concerns of the company's clients to provide high-level resolutions in line with the guidelines of our clients.
You will work on creating, updating, or adjusting customer accounts by documenting personal information.
You will be processing and preparing call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
You will be responsible for providing and responding to feedback about any aspect of the job or its duties.
You will be converting clients' feedback into feature requests for the application.
Who is our ideal candidate:
Having experience with mobile applications is a plus.
You have experience working as a CSA or in a call center environment.
You are confident in working with basic computer applications.
You have a C1 level of German language and a basic knowledge of English.
You have outstanding interpersonal skills.
You are able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
You are able to empathize and listen to de-escalate situations.
You can promptly identify and act on customer issues.
Since our client mainly targets mothers as customers, female operators are preferred.
