Senior Product Manager (offline)

In support of the REAL Program, theirs U.S. real estate investment trust (REIT) is in the process of aggregating up to US$5 Billion of properties and acquisition leases.

The US based client delivers a robust capability to design, develop and deploy innovative and responsible non-bank products that link the needs of consumers with investor capital. Led by a team of seasoned professionals with hands on industry experience and tactical expertise, our client focuses on precision execution through disciplined business practices, providing an exceptional customer-facing experience and a comprehensive platform to mobilize investor capital. The company has a product which is a client facing applications that is being used for applying and processing of mortgage loan requests. There are about 100 features that they plan to implement along with introducing more efficient software development cycle using Agile environment.

Job Description

The Sr Product Manager will lead the partnership with internal customers to understand their processes and pain points. This individual will work with internal customers to collect and prioritize key business requirements in support of the technology solution roadmap and vision, and will collaborate with Sales teams, other operations teams, and interact with the C-Suite on a regular cadence. The candidate will help lead the planning, testing, and execution of enterprise technology solutions. This individual will drive the product team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage agile product development processes from a product management point of view.
Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate those into user stories
Translate user stories into product requirements documents that capture the business need accurately and help to translate those into a tangible definition an Engineer will understand.
Assess value, develops cases, and prioritizes stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision.
Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
Develop and maintain an understanding of the product, market, and competition.
Work with Tech Lead in Agile Sprint leadership to lead planning effort, create Jira tasks, run product demonstrations, and translate feedback into tasks.
Work with Marketing for product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and products.
Identify areas for growth and create strategic product roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product.
Work directly with QA engineers to create test plans from acceptance criteria
Serve as an in-house expert for our products and become the go-to person for all functional questions.
Become an industry expert to help form the product strategy.
Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
Manage all lifecycle stages for a product from ideation through sunset, with responsibility for ensuring that deliverables are understood and releases are delivered on time.
Manage product adoption for internally facing applications and assist the marketing team with a go-live strategy.
Work directly with the UI/UX designer to build a consistent and intuitive user experience.

Requirements:
Minimum 4-6 years working experience as a Product Manager required.
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology for product development.
Project Management and/or Scrum experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience required.
