So, what You’ll Be Doing

Recruitment:
- Creating sourcing strategy and sourcing candidates for tech and non-tech positions using all possible tools and technics;
- Maintaining candidates` DB;
- Conducting prescreening calls with candidates and interviewing them;
- Bringing new ideas on candidates` attracting.

Mentoring:
- Participation in students` selection process, conducting interviews;
- Checking students` homework;
- Be in touch with students during studying and help them solve difficulties.

What We’ll Expect From You

- Experience in direct search and headhunting;

- Experience using different tools and techniques: Boolean search, LinkedIn, Github, contacts finders, etc;
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruitment process and Ukraine IT market;
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
