Sales Director (offline)

Responsibilities

Building, tuning and management of the corporate sales organization, including but not limited to hiring, leading and training of a lead generation team.
Building a sales team from scratch (facilitate team, generate enthusiasm among team members, manage the process of innovative change, exhibit confidence and knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving problems).
Close collaboration with the Business Ownership and Delivery Organization on establishing an efficient Sales/Delivery strategy and processes for pioneering new markets and opportunities.
Development and maintenance of unified corporate sales process and methodologies (full cycle from initial contact up until deal close).
Manage lead identification and support of the Delivery Orationization throughout the presale process.
Analyze clients’ business needs and IT-Market trends.
Managing clients’ satisfaction together with the Delivery Organization.
Corporate sales budget planning and execution.

Requirements

Proven results as a Sales Director/Business Development Manager.
At least 5 years of B2B sales and management experience in the software development industry.
Experience implementing Sales and Business Development processes in the custom software development industry.
Proven sales skills, including the ability to work remotely in a distributed team and create a healthy organizational culture.
Superior analytical skills with a deep understanding of relevant KPIs.
Hands-on experience with analytics dashboards, presentation, MS Office and CRM software.
Strong verbal and written presentation, communication, mentoring and problem-solving skills.
Team management skills.
Advanced English is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or another relevant field. Advanced degree, MBA, or similar, preferred.
