About the Role
Your responsibility as a QA Tester will be to analyse the requirements from customer’s aspect, create new tests for our platform to improve the quality of our products. In Neonomics we have several development teams, and you will be responsible for supporting the testing to various teams. As part of core QA team, you will be responsible for innovation in testing areas, and maintenance of Automation framework.
The location of this role is possible in Oslo or Ukraine (Kiev) with possibility of relocating to Oslo, Norway in a longer term.

Other responsibilities
• Increase test coverage through requirement analysis.
• Develop, execute, and maintain Automation and Manual tests.
• Identify defects & collaborate with development teams for their closure.
• Create testing related technical documentation.
• Report bugs, and retest.
• Continuous collaboration with development teams for effective testing.
• Execute exploratory testing.
• Work on developing processes for ensuring continuous testing in Dev-Ops methodology.

Who are you?
We believe that the right candidate has a critical eye and has an excellent ability to find gaps in the processes with great technical understanding.
You also have:
• ISTQB Certified with working knowledge of concepts.
• Solid experience within API Automation testing
• Familiarity with project tools and technologies such as Postman, JMeter, JUnit, Jira, Github, Bitbucket, Jenkins etc.
• Knowledge of object-oriented languages like Java.
• Experience with API Test frameworks and tools like Cucumber, Rest Assured, TestNG & Junit.
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies in Agile.
• Knowledge of Selenium Webdriver and Appium is plus.
• Experience in Open Banking domain will be a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience as a testing professional.
• Must reside in EU region and/or Ukraine.
• Willingness to relocate to Norway or Ukraine.
• Preferred language for communication is English.
