HR People Partner (offline)

We have built effective key processes and already support and care about a team of IT professionals of over 180 people.
Your priority task will be the enhancement and support of a performance review as well as support of other core HR practices.

Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HR People Partner in IT;
— strong awareness of the modern HR management practices (employee development, performance review, and recognition);
— experience in developing and implementing performance review;
— upper-intermediate English;
— excellent and proven organizational, verbal, written and communication, presentation skills;
— strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
— high level of emotional intelligence and empathy.

Responsibilities:
— working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and build culture;
— implementation and organizing/moderation performance review;
— assisting in elaborating individual development plans for the employees in line with the performance appraisal process;
— perform all procedures related to employees’ onboarding, retention, satisfaction, professional growth;
— organizing onboarding and support during the trial period (first day, first week, first month);
— employee offboarding, conducting an exit interview, and giving feedback;
— explaining company policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees;
