Project Management Officer (PMO) (offline)

REQUIREMENTS:
β€’ 1+ years of practical experience as a PMO Manager in IT, and 3+ years in PM in IT;
β€’ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
β€’ Excellent understanding of the SDLC
β€’ Solid understanding of the methodologies and framework (Scrum, Kanban
β€’ Jira practical skills
β€’ Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
β€’ Needs to have experience in measuring the progress of service programs against established metrics such as revenue, expense resource management, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction
β€’ The ability to work in a team environment or independently is expected
β€’ Skilled in project management and work plan development and implementation required
β€’ At least upper intermediate level of English;

RESPONSIBILITIES:
β€’ Provide a structured governing project management body;
β€’ Identify and develop project management framework, best practices and standards;
β€’ Organizing campaigns for empowering employees to achieve better results of their work;
β€’ Risk Management Planning, forecasting projects progress and analyze financial project statuses;
β€’ Substitute PMs if needed, get involved in critical projects management;
β€’ Building and optimizing the processes in the department to achieve main department KPIs, constantly improve them;
β€’ Synergizing with all departments of the company;
β€’ Assist with development, review, update, and implementation of a project management process.
β€’ Support Project Managers and Project Teams with projects planning and execution, managing stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies, allocating resources, and looking for synergy across multiple projects.
β€’ Monitor and report on overall project portfolio performance.
