Marketing Campaigns Support Representative (Mon-Fri 5pm- 2am UA time) (offline) $400

Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, attentive to details in writing, able to proofread the information and is able to read and understand English texts at advanced level and has a previous track record of similar type of job. Responsibilities:

Coordinate with all required parties for campaign building and delivery.
Supervise everyday activities of campaigns related to national, regional and local advertisements.
Collaborate with account teams to resolve all client issues.
Perform tests on campaigns and ensure integrity of all data and monitor all live campaigns.
Perform quality assurance checks for campaigns and evaluate content and ensure contract information according to database.
Ensure compliance to all company standards and legal requirements
Perform troubleshoot on campaign, optimize flight schedule and ensure effective execution and delivery of campaigns.
Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience in support role is desired, preferably in the advertising operations industry, email marketing field, sales/customer support, call center or equivalent.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office, including Excel and Outlook;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently on multiple tasks
Professional demeanor in all written and verbal communication
High level of self-discipline and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive customer service orientation
A minimum of upper-intermediate level of English is required.
Russian/Ukrainian native speaker.

Fully remote
Shifts-based work
Currently available shifts: Mon-Fri, 5pm-2am UA timezone (8hrs straight time with 1 hr break between 9:30pm-10:30pm).
