Must Haves:
β Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
β 1+ year experience in recruiting
β Strong interest in data and capabilities and experience in filters, spreadsheets and logic.
β Positive attitude and willingness to learn, accept, and apply coaching.
β Detail-oriented and interested in the business and in doing research work.
β Willingness to be creative and find solutions.
β Metrics-driven and goal-oriented.
β Excellent follow up and strong time management/project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
β Sourcing potential candidates through digital sources such as linkedin, internal DB, external job boards, and paid advertising.
β Reviewing resumes and LinkedIn profiles for initial qualification review.
β Market research.
β Initial contact with candidates through email, or message boards.
β Utilization of ATS to track all activity.
β Conduct initial phone screens with candidates.
β Manage candidates through the entire recruiting lifecycle.
