Middle Recruiter (offline)

Where are you, our Recruiter? This person will be responsible for the full life-cycle of recruiting process and will collaborate with C-level management, HR and marketing to develop and execute an effective recruiting strategy. Requirements:

- Preferably previous experience in IT Recruiting;
- Ready to consider candidates with previous recruiting experience in non-IT fields with knowledge and understanding of the specifics of the market, and experience in closing top positions.
- Also considering candidates with previous experience in Sales or Lead generation with a great desire to develop in IT recruitment.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques;
- Ability to work independently and help (mentor) other team members;
- An entertaining conversationalist with a good sense of humor;
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills;
- Intermediate strong or higher level of English.
- Result-oriented, responsible, creative mindset;
- An enthusiastic person with a ‘can do will do’ attitude.


Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the business to identify job requirements and develop effective position profiles;
- Active search and headhunting mostly in technical positions;
- Сreating a pipeline of new candidates and nurturing the existing ones;
- Sourcing through professional networks, databases, referrals, job sites etc.;
- Daily communication with potential candidates;
- Conducting pre-screens, interviews and providing information about the company;
- Collecting and providing feedback;
- Preparing and making job offers;
- Collaborate with C-level management, HR and marketing to develop and execute an effective recruiting strategy.
