IT Researcher/Sourcer (offline)

We are open to cooperation with Sourcer with no experience in IT recruiting and ready to consider candidates after IT recruitment/sourcing courses.

Required skills:
- Solid verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to manage own time and prioritize tasks;
- Strong teamwork (it’s very important for us!);
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates;
- Relevant knowledge or experience: researcher experience, relevant courses, training, etc.
- English - Intermediate level or higher

Personal skills:
- A highly responsible and motivated person;
- Proactive and result-oriented;
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.

Will be a plus:
- Finished IT Recruitment/Sourcing courses;
- Experience on a similar position in an IT company/agency or as a freelancer;
- Familiar with modern recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply different sourcing techniques to guarantee a pipeline of active candidates;
- Source candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, Stackoverflow, Github, AmazingHiring, etc) and search techniques (X-Ray, Boolean search, and more);
- Make initial contact with candidates and process them to the recruitment team;
- Screen CV according to vacancies requirements;
- Work with internal ATS to manage and track all candidate interactions on a daily basis.
