Lead UA Manager (offline)

About you:
- 2+ years of experience in developing and executing user acquisition across multiple channels (Facebook, TikTok, Snap etc.)
- Understanding of the social network’s structures in terms of purchasing mobile advertisements
- Desire to develop your skills and get results
- Ability quickly adapt to a new circumstances
- English language not lower than upper Intermediate level
- Higher education, mathematical or economical is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Great communication skills, and a team-player

Responsibilities:
- Manage the user acquisition team (paid social) to drive new growth across a wide range of products
- Monitor, measure, and report on campaigns and channel performance
- Help launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns for your teammates
- Ad campaigns management
- Testing of new traffic channels
- Development of promotional videos, banners and slogans (in cooperation with creative producers)
