Requirements
3+ years of experience in a similar role as a People / Business Partner
Experience in IT 1.5+ years
Prioritization and time management skills
Skills to draw up structured summaries during meetings
Skills to plan and implement the full ELC cycle
Developed communication skills, listening skills
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Professional motivation and passion for your work
Positive attitude, high energy level, sense of humor
Responsibilities
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with the employees of the assigned teams
Organize Onboarding and Offboarding for employees
Participate actively in the employee adaptation process
Assist in the creation of individual development plans, job profiles, HR procedures, and company policies
Maintain Performance and Salary review processes
Conduct surveys, focus groups, HR research with subsequent analysis and provision of recommendations
Assist in solving individual requests from employees, leads, and managers
Monitor and manage employee motivation
Participate in the resolution of problems and conflicts
Execute OKRs
Nice to have
Experience in conducting HR research
Certification
Degree in Psychology or Pedagogy
Work conditions
Employment probation period - 3 months
No overtime
