Delivery Management (offline)

Responsibilities
Set up delivery governance structure
Oversee business end of solution
Apply best practices and deliver the most possible value out of the effort
Work with multiple industry recognized software development and service delivery methodologies including, but not limited to Agile, Waterfall, ITIL(ITSM)
Effort estimation, planning and scheduling delivery
Resolve complex issues of the production delivery, run the root cause analysis, invent the solution and push it through all steps necessary to deliver
Implement best engineering practices
Design and bring the proper methodology, process and technology
Take over the responsibility for the delivery and act as a single contact point on delivery related matters

Requirements
5+ years of experience in IT
Experience working with fully distributed teams
Strong background in delivery management
Excellent project management skills
Experience establishing and managing a multiple project parallel
Technical expertise and ability to contribute to the development of concepts, techniques and standards
Knowledge of software development/product lifecycle, methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall) and IT roles
Excellent business communication and time management skills
Nice to have
English: B2 and higher

Must have: Scrum/Agile, SAFe, 2+ years' experience in managing all aspects of software development projects within an R&D group, working in agile methodology, Knowledge of management processes and SDLC

Skills: Planning and budgeting, Risk Management, Quality management, Analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:
Experience working in a presales environment, from solutioning to client communication
