Sales/ Finance Analyst (offline)

The Analyst role will help deliver company level analysis on revenue, cash flow and profitability versus financial plans, including trends and understanding of key variances. The role will also support other departments in the business, shaping key areas, delivering effective finance analysis to maximise profit, and helping raise informative data to the business.

The role would suit an accountant or financial analyst with 3+ years’ experience in data analytics or data management. The candidate will ideally have strong attention to detail, demonstrate strong communication skills, be proactive and able to identify needs of presenting meaningful reports to business units when required.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Participating in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, such as revenue reporting, usage analysis, customer churn\growth analysis, target vs actuals etc
- Contributing to the automation of reporting control and processes
- Producing data analysis and identifying KPI
- Periodic and on various KPIs
- Working with different departments to produce meaningful data analysis and reports
- Assist in the preparation of information for reporting to the board of directors
- Development and maintenance of the business intelligence analytic tool (PowerBI)
- Preparing analysis for budgets, forecasts and other projects
- Systems and process improvements in conjunction with the Finance team
- Assist in the preparation of information for reporting to the board of directors
- Ad-hoc reporting as required
- Ad-hoc duties, projects & tasks as agreed

Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in a technical, economics or business-related field;
- 3+ years of experiment in analytics or finance, preferably in IT or software development.
- Exceptional knowledge in Excel
- Advanced English
- Excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge of SQL database technology, including writing SQL queries, data extraction and manipulation desirable
- Knowledge of Tableau and Salesforce desirable
- Fluency in English (spoken/written) is a must, German is an advantage;
- Customer first mentality, on-hands involvement;
- High level of communication skills and stress resistance.
