English Customer Support Representative (offline)

We are growing and looking for a Customer Support Guru to be a part of our Support Team.

Responsibilities:

Customer support via email, live chat, phone;
Consult customers about the products;
Dealing with day-to-day inquiries, tasks, questions.
Qualifications and Skills:

Advanced English (strong oral skills);
0,5+ years of Customer Support experience;
Multitasking;
Experience with Helpscout and Dialpad will be a plus.

Business hours: 6 pm - 3 am or 4pm - 1am;
