Senior Full Stack RoR Developer (offline)

Requirements:

— At least 4 years of experience in Ruby Development;
— Strong experience with Ruby on Rails (4/5) framework;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English;
— Rspec/Minitest;
— Experience in relational databases like MySQL;
— Experience with Sidekiq or Resque or similar;
— Experiences with search engines like Sphinx or Elasticsearch or similar;
— Basic knowledge of Linux server administration and Nginx configuration;
— Ready to follow community coding principles and understand SOLID;
— Work commitment within Agile/Scrum methodologies and teamwork;
— Self-motivated / open-minded.

As a plus:

— Profound SCSS knowledge;
— Experience in HTML/CSS;
— Familiarity with jQuery;
— Understanding Docker.

Responsibilities:

— Cooperate with the international teams;
— Code review;
— Write robust manageable code;
— Write tests;
— Bugs fixing;
— Perform software deployment;
— Use JIRA bug-tracking system;
— Research new technologies and best practices to improve the project;
