Junior IT Recruiter (offline)

Responsibilities:
 Full cycle recruitment process of technical and non-technical positions.
 Active search for candidates using a variety of channels, including active search and hunting.
 Building a strong pipeline to source and connect with potential candidates.
 Organization and conducting competency-based interviews with candidates.
 Providing timely feedback.
 Take an active part in the implementation and optimization of the recruitment process.
 Close collaboration with HR team.

Requirements:
 Experience as a Recruiter.
 Good speaking and writing skills of English at the Intermediate level.
 Experience with sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates.
 People-oriented, proactive, and self-disciplined.
 Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
