With all the remote-era HR challenges it is pinnacle that our newly selected HR Generalist will keep a close touch with the team. The ideal candidate will be able to predict and eliminate unnecessary burnouts serving as a liaison between the team and the management. Zgraya's ideal HR will facilitate regular reviews, oversee personal development and take care of the team education and social events.
Finally, the ideal candidate is expected to structure, launch and facilitate new recruitment processes. Should the new recruitment efforts require additional hands on deck or extra resources, those will be available.

What to do: - conduct 1:1 and performance reviews with employees - conduct onboarding for new employees - facilitate corporate events and team building activities - build, launch and facilitate recruitment processes - show a lot of initiative and don't be afraid to take responsibility.
Expected experience: - 1 year or more of remote work in an HR or HR Generalist/Recruiter position - working with HURMA or other systems - describing and posting job openings - compiling surveys and collecting feedback - building the HR-brand of the company
