Junior Legal Counsel (offline)

Superpowers you have are:

At least 1,5+ years of relevant experience in IT industry (including knowledge of all types of in-house legal work);
Experienced user of Microsoft Office, Google documents, etc.;
Ability to make independent decisions and learn quickly;
Leadership and organizational skills;
Being result-oriented, attentive to details and stress-tolerant;
Knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate) is a must.

Becoming a part of Room 8 Studio team you will:

Review, revise, and expertise Agreements of various types, exhibits, and related documents (including but not limited to transferring of intellectual properties rights, confidentiality, etc.);
Provide full legal assistance with everyday business activities and special activities/initiatives. Legal support during negotiations with partners;
Monitor the availability of all necessary documents for the currency control on the received payments;
Prepare and approve Internal documents;
Consult for current legal issues;
Ensure regular monitoring of changes in the current legislation (including description of risks and providing suggestions for their mitigation);
Carry out assignments from the legal manager.
