System Administrator (offline)

We are seeking a person that can play the primary role in System Administration within Enterprise and that's assumed to have developed project management and communication skills to manage the software selection projects, identify stakeholders, and build effective communication with all parts, including external.

Our ideal candidate should have about 2-3 years of System Administration and 1-2 years of Project Management experience with the developed skills of multitasking.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the project planning process for the software selection, including road mapping, stakeholders discovery and management, and client commitment management
- Build effective software evaluation process based on stakeholders requirements
- Facilitate exploration, requirements gathering, and decision making
- Communicate the external vendors and be ready to talk about discounts
- Facilitate the rollout and demo processes
- System Administrative functions, including setting up new or existing software (include vendors when needed), adding users to new and existing software and systems
- Develop the continuous feedback loops for improvements
- Setting up security networks like VPN, intranet, etc

REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS

- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience Project Management processes and ability to improve
- Able to communicate and collaborate within IT department and across all departments to insure technology objectives are met
- Implement company IT policies and procedures to insure consistent and reproducible results
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks like Project Management, HelpDesk,ERP, CRM etc
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
- Set up accounts and workstations
- High-level of personal and professional integrity
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Administrate, manage and configure Helpdesk applications, ERP, Project management applications, etc.

- Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems dealing with clients, patients, providers, scheduling, and transactions
- Understanding of an ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems which will integrate with our transactional system
- Knowledge of the Healthcare industry and marketplace trends, specifically related to managed Experience with data analytics and dashboards
- SysAdmin/PM cerification
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with virtualization
