- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and verbal) - Experience in direct search - 1+ years of experience in tech recruitment. - Able to identify and select resumes of potential candidates for various vacancies. - Knowledge and success in executing a full-cycle recruiting process. - Excellent sourcing/research/hiring skills with the ability to deep dive into searches for hard-to-fill positions. - Responsible, result-driven, attentive to details

Responsibilities
- Perform on-boarding process duties such as reference and background checks. - Provide data & regular updates to the hiring managers and other stakeholders on recruiting status of each position - Full life cycle recruitment of technical and non-technical positions; - Drafting job advertisements, selecting relevant posting channels. - Direct sourcing, creating a talent pipeline, applicant management and screening. - Interviews, reference checks and candidate communication. - Close collaboration with HR team
