IT Researcher (Sourcer) (offline)

Tasks and responsibilities:
• Searching candidates according to the requirements, using all relevant channels
• Work closely with IT Recruiters to coordinate the search and set up recruitment priorities
• Maintain and update candidate database
• Reviewing resumes and select qualified candidates
• Conduct pre-screening of candidates
• Generate reports by request
• Participate in other recruitment/HR activities

Professional requirements:
• 6 months+ of experience in IT-company as IT Researcher or relevant position
• Good internet surfing skills (understanding of modern tools for sourcing X-Ray, Boolean search etc.)
• Experience in sourcing and screening relevant profiles on Linkedin outside of your network

Personal requirements:
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical skills
• Responsible and self-organized
• Team player
• English: intermediate
