Investor Relations Manager (offline)

We are looking for an experienced candidate in the area of Finance \ Investments \ Cryptocurrency

Skills and Abilities:
- Understanding of cryptocurrency \ capital markets and value creation principles
- Clear and concise communicator with solid external and senior executive presence
- Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced, intense, unpredictable work environments
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and deliver results with minimal direction
- Effective team player and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Understanding of cryptocurrency \ capital markets and value creation principles

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a proactive investor outreach strategy to engage current and potential investors as well as increasing sell-side analyst coverage and growing the company’s investors network, while maintaining a high standard of responsiveness to all investor and inquiries.
• Cultivate a deep and thorough understanding of the Company’s business-level strategic priorities, and communicate them in clear and compelling ways to external audiences.
• Develop the marketing strategy and recommended approach, prepare the press release, email scripts and supporting information.
• Ensure the company's external messaging, including presentations, press releases and IR blog, reflect the company's current state, progress towards its strategic priorities and, as appropriate, ensure updates are made to address new and emerging topics/themes that investors value.
• Develop updates for the Board of Directors related to financial community trends and sentiment, analyst estimates, token prices and total return performance, market trends and competitive updates.
• Partner with a token surveillance resource to monitor and assess changes and trends in ownership of the company’s tokens.
