UI/UX Designer (offline)

Required skills:

— At least 3 years of experience in designing and designing applications for web and mobile platforms.
— Experience in shaping the UX of the entire application by creating User Stories, User journey maps, etc.
— Analytical and design thinking, the ability to work with complex structures of interactions, and connections between them. Keep them in mind and find logical problems in the application.
— Professional knowledge of design tools. Figma, etc.
— Experience in communication with project stakeholders. Managing expectations, presenting work results.
— English level - Upper-intermediate (Comprehension of oral speech, text. Ability to maintain a professional dialogue, and justify their decisions in English.)
— Availability of a portfolio.

As a plus:

— Portfolio works with complex logic.
— Experience in creating interaction animations.

Responsibilities:

— Creation of convenient, functional design for web and mobile applications.
— Responsibility for the created product at every stage of production, from idea and wireframes to finished design.
— Translation of business needs into prototypes with well-thought-out functionality and design corresponding to the style guide.
— Communication with CDO and the project team.
