Recruitment Researcher (offline)
Job Description
— Daily scope of work: active search for qualified candidates, according to vacancies requirements, using following channels: LinkedIn, professional community, forums, internal database, social networks, job boars etc.
— Gathering, screening and selecting resumes
— Initial contact with potential “cold” candidates
— Additional responsibilities: alternative modules of research, phone screenings (candidate’s salary expectation, short phone interview etc.)
Qualifications
— Bachelor or higher degree (for students in the last year of study we can offer flexible schedule)
— 0,5 + year of experience for recruitment agency, marketing or sales department on position of assistant (junior), researcher
— Desire to develop recruitment carrier
— Attentiveness to details and efficiency in search
— English level strong Intermediate+ or higher
