Support Team Lead (Facebook) (offline)

In a nutshell, we really need a Team Lead who will work on the team’s (20 people) development & engagement in the working processes of a fast-growing project :)

Support Team Lead at Facebook is responsible for quality content placement and gathering data about users’ reactions for the analytical department.

Our partner Fabiosa Media is a global Media Publisher that creates world-class breathtaking video content for women.

Some numbers:
2 000 000 000+ monthly video views and up to 300 000 000 views of a single video
Fabiosa Media takes 9th position in the world and competes with Netflix and Walt Disney in several categories
Geography: 17 countries (including USA, Europe, Latin America, Australia)

Main tasks:
- Improving working processes & procedures
- Supporting the team in achieving goals
- Setting daily and monthly KPIs to the teams
- Finding and spreading the bottleneck
- Problem-solving
- Work on engagement and development of the team, organization of one-to-one meetings, and Performance Review

We value:
- 2+ years of experience in team or project management
- High communication skills & emotional intelligence, needed to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
- Awesome organization skills and attention to details
- Skills in building & maintaining systematic workflow with strict and clear processes with the aim to create an existing working environment for their team
- Successful cases of spreading the bottleneck and problem solving
- Experience in remote team management will be a plus
