Lead C++ Unreal Engine Developer (offline)

Requirements:
• Proven experience in leading 5 — 10 UE developers in different SDLCs management processes;
• Strong experience of Blueprint, C++;
• OOP/design patterns proficiency;
• Strong experience of classical algorithms, data structures, and design patterns;
• Knowledge of multiplayer development using UE Online Subsystem;
• Strong experience with Unreal Engine 5
• Clear understanding of Git, svn, Perforce
• Strong experience in 3D math optimization, debugging, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong experience in different SDLCs management processes;
• Experience management tools and techniques: Jira / Trello, Hansoft, Shotgun, etc;
• At least Upper Intermediate level in written and spoken English.

Would be a plus:
• Experience with Playfab/GameSparks/Photon;
• Experience in the development of Plugins;
• Experience with Voice Chat.

Responsibilities:
• Implementation best practices of UE development in UE team
• Code reviews and development best approaches for desired projects functionality
• Planning team load, scoping and task estimation;
• Evaluate project requirements.
