Product Manager (Product Owner) (offline)

ABOUT YOU:
• At least 2+ years of proven work experience in Product Manager position;
• Good knowledge in at least one Business Domain (desirable): ecommerce, payments, CRM, finance, accounting.
• Excellent written and communication skills;
• Experience working with a cross-functional team;
• Organizational and analytical skills;
• Striving to find solutions through collaboration and teamwork.
As a plus:
• Previous B2B and/or marketplace experience.

Key responsibilities:
Research, strategy
— Work with users during testing and user research to validate ideas/features/hypotheses.
— Analyze competitive environment and similar solutions on the market.
— Discover, frame, and prioritize promising productization opportunities
Planning
— Manage stakeholders.
— Own product scoping and prioritization sessions, contribute/own product roadmap.
— Plan and prioritize product initiatives and features.
Delivery
— Define and document clear, consistent requirements for development teams.
— Organize and manage product delivery activities: planning, grooming, design review session.
— Lead demo sessions, prepare easy-to-read release notes.
— Effectively manage backlog to keep the development team busy with the most relevant product initiatives.
— Hold technical discussions with developers to help scope project plan and create better requirements for your product.
Collaboration
— Work closely with both Sales and Customer Satisfaction teams to ensure our clients’ experience is smooth and consistent.
— Work with engineers to estimate, plan and deliver products in the most efficient way.
