Head of Recruitment (offline) from $3000

We’re looking for a Head of recruiting to help us scale and support our global team as we are building our innovative martech solutions. You will manage and build a team of Recruiters, Sourcers, and People Operations Specialists and will oversee our talent acquisition strategy in Ukraine, US and Israel.

You will be responsible for building a robust talent pipeline, positioning our company as a top-tier employer, and growing our team by 50%+ over the next 6 months. You will also be responsible for supporting HR functions related to talent management & development, including onboarding and offboarding, and adoption of People tools and processes.


Responsibilities:
Organize and execute the whole recruiting process to fulfil company recruiting goals
Design and implement recruitment strategies that will bring the right talent to the company
Manage our in-house recruiting team and outside recruitment partners
Teach, mentor and coach recruiters to constantly increase their skills and performance
Measure and report on key recruiting metrics
Contribute to Employer Brand Strategy focused on talent attraction and hiring together with HR Director
Openly communicate with key stakeholders on recruiting strengths and opportunities, striving to identify and remove roadblocks preemptively

Must have:
4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and resource planning process
2+ years of experience in a leadership role within the realm of talent acquisition, management and development
Experience scaling and leading high-performing talent teams
Experience with up-to-date software tools for recruiting process management
Comprehensive understanding of recruiting process and ability to optimize it where required
Strong command of English

Nice to have:
Deep understanding of IT Ukrainian market and trends
Experience with non-Ukrainian IT & software engineers communities
Interest in startups and Martech
